This project, including its original code, configuration files, BDS templates, wiki layout, custom API services, web frontend and backend components, and custom-written documentation (collectively, the “Work”), is the intellectual property of OSMays8338 and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

The Work includes, but is not limited to:

• The Old School Tool Set website (the “Website”), hosted at: TBD
• The Old School Tool Set API (the “OSTS API”), hosted at: https://osts-api.netlify.app/, including endpoints that retrieve, transform, cache, or display data and media sourced from third-party services (such as the Old School RuneScape Wiki and Wise Old Man).

Third-party content and licenses

• Old School RuneScape Wiki (https://oldschool.runescape.wiki), licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license (CC BY-SA 3.0).
  Any text, data, images, icons, or other media sourced from the Old School RuneScape Wiki, whether used directly in the Work, the Website, or the OSTS API responses, together with any adaptations of such content, are licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 (or a compatible CC BY-SA license as permitted by Creative Commons).
  Such content is provided under the terms of the CC BY-SA 3.0 license, and this License does not alter or restrict those terms.
  Attribution to the OSRS Wiki and its contributors is hereby acknowledged.
• Wise Old Man API (https://wiseoldman.net), an open API for RuneScape player and group tracking. The Old School Tool Set and the OSTS API use this API for data retrieval and display in compliance with its public usage policy. All Wise Old Man data remains the property of its respective creators and maintainers and is subject to any terms they specify.[web:20][web:23]
• Bot Designer For Discord (.bds) scripts and environment are used for automated bot functionality and command processing. This project is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Bot Designer For Discord.[web:21]

Old School RuneScape and related assets are trademarks and intellectual property of Jagex Ltd. This project is unaffiliated with, and not endorsed by, Jagex or the OSRS Wiki team. All rights to original game assets and official documentation are retained by their respective owners.[web:34]

Except for material that is (a) licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 or another third-party license identified above, or (b) otherwise noted as being under a different license, the following terms apply to the Work:

Permission is granted to view the Work for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only.

No other rights are granted. Without the prior written consent of the copyright holder, you may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any proprietary part of the Work, the Website, or the OSTS API (including its proprietary source code, proprietary documentation, or compiled assets);
